Is it possible to migrate a site to another person's Homestead account?

I have riseupreview.org and riseupreview.com linked to my Homestead account. The sites are for a literary journal that I no longer intend to tun; however, an acquaintance has offered to take on the literary journal, but I don't want the sites and URLs associated with my Homestead account anymore. Can the sites, pages, and URLs be migrated to another person's Homestead account?
