I got a message related to have account over disk quota
I got some of my forms mails with the following:
Your account is currently over disk quota. Form submissions can not be added to your Form Manager for the form located at: xxxxx
All future form submissions for this form will be sent to this email address until you are under disk quota. Delete any unwanted or unused files or purchase additional disk space by logging in to your account.
I logged in to my account and it appears to be under quota (2663 / 5120 Used).
I stoped getting the forms in my mail.
I don't understand what's going on and why I stopped getting them.

I am having the same problem. It has been going on for at least four days. It looks like no one at HS is interested in helping us.

I must be deleting the wrong emails in the wrong folder. Despite deleting emails from various folders the "Quota Used" stays maxed out at 100%.
I need to receive emails from my customers.
I am using the web version of roundcube to delete emails versus using my email software (Thunderbird). Does that matter?
What am I doing wrong.

Also, some of these emails I deleted are grayed out.
Do I need to do something to permanently delete these grayed out emails?

It seems is not our fault, our mistake or anything like that. Is Homestead mistake, apparently since they merged with "Network Solutions".
I hope they fix their system and server errors soon, or we will move to another host as we need to get our forms quickly and correctly.

I am having same issue HS needs to respond to us this is ridiculous and I am ready to move to another provider. I have looked several places for instructions on how to delete files to get more disk space but there is nothing posted that I can find. Super frustrating as it is causing me more work than needed!

I went back to my Inbox in the roundcube webmail and sorted by oldest emails and discovered thousands of emails like this:
Warning: message 1p2iJa-0007g3-0T delayed 4 hours
Warning: message 1p2iJa-0007g3-0T delayed 8 hours
Warning: message 1pIYww-0000ub-KU delayed 24 hours
Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
I highlighted most of these and pressed Delete.
Next I went over the Trash folder and highlighted all these and pressed Delete.
FOR THE FIRST TIME I saw "Disk space" under "Used" column DROP a few percentages.
I will continue doing this to free up more space for incoming emails.

I also sorted by email Size and discovered 100s of emails over 1MB.
Deleted those.
Went to Trash... Deleted those.
BOOM!!! 31% Used
