How to download image from home page

I inherited this web page from a club member and on the Home page is an image (photo taken and added) I would like to use in other locations but it is not in the image gallery and I can't figure out how to download it to my PC.

I don't want to copy and paste to another location, I want to download it and put it into my personal image gallery. Any help would be appreciated.
