Log in and click on Account Summary... scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "cancel all services".

Unfortunatey, this is a wasted step as it states that "Cancellations must be completed by calling Homestead Support at 1-800-710-1998"

You are correct. However, clicking the link is still wasted time. Not everyone is aware of the shutdown on the 15th.
