wondering why I cannot delete previous files from my webiste? I keep getting an error message, error code 0x23, or call 800-710-1998. I would like to clean up past file downloads and I cannot.

Are you using SB+? If so, use you file manager to delete unwanted files.
FILE MANAGER: SB+
The file manager can be accessed in the top right of the editor, click on the domain and then click view file manager. https://community.homestead.com/conversations/sitebuilder-plus/sitebuilder-plus-view-file-manager/5f2a9a8058180958844887b8
