Credit Card info

Hello, 

I received an email from homestead saying my billing information was incorrect - even though nothing had changed.  Anyway, I logged in and re-entered my credit card info, directly from my credit card.  However, I received the response, "The credit card details you entered is incorrect.  Please check your card details." 

This appears to be an issue on your end.  Please confirm.

Same here and in checking my account, the cc expiration date has been changed. If you won't at least reply, give us an easy to find phone number to fix YOUR problem.

Homestead doesn't look at these forums. This forum exists for people to blow off steam between waiting on hold for a few hours.

I suspect someone at homestead updated something which catastrophically broke their billing process.. Just about every service homestead offers is broken more than it is working.

Honestly the only thing I could count on from homestead was them billing me..

Apparently even that is too hard to get right.
