Could you please help me cancel all services and delete all data and close the account completely and permanently ? Thank you so much!

Dear to whom it may concern,

Could you please me help me delete the website and cancel all services and close the account completely and permanently ? Or do I need to call the customer service to help me do that? 

When I tried to delete the website, which is shown the website is connected with simple store. But the simple store was deleted already. 

I don't need any service from Homestead and Network solution. I already opted out for auto renewal.
