Can't Update My Payment Info

Thanks, Russell.  Unfortunately, none of these told me anything I hadn't already been doing.  I've tried this several times.  In any case, thank you again for your assistance.

AGREED!  why does this happen all the time!  I always have to call in to have mine updated.  This should be a simple online task.

Thanks for mentioning that, Christine.  I called and the person was able to update the info then and there.  Yeah,  sure seems like it ought to be a simple action online.  

My thought is that Homestead is trying too many times to re-submit the purchase and its causing the banks to block them out.

And - I had tried earlier to update my card because the bank was changing the expiry date - it would not let me do it then either and the old card was still good.
