Cancellation
I have been trying for well over a year to cancel my subscription with Homestead as it is no longer needed. I have written to you, cancelled online, used every means given to try and cancel, but still Homestead is taking monthly subscription out of my credit card. The credit card information I originally gave had an expiry date which has long passed (10/24) but still the money is taken out every month. I am in Australia, so can only contact you online. I think I have a pretty good case for contacting the Ombudsman to get my money back, or at least to stop you taking the money every month.

If the account is still active, billing will continue to recur. Otherwise, we have received a call from the account owner requesting cancellation.
Once we proceed with cancellation, all domains, website files, and email accounts (if any) will be permanently deleted and will no longer be recoverable.
The recent charge will be refunded using the same payment method originally charged. For your information, even if the card on file is old or not updated, as long as it is connected to an active account, the charge will still be processed.
