Cancel services

I have cancelled all my services using the link in my dashboard, but it says that I need to call to cancel services today. Does that mean I need to call if I want to cancel services in general, or does that mean I need to call if I want services cancelled immediately?  And if I don't need to call, when will services be cancelled?
