Cancel My Account

For the record, I tried to cancel my account/subscription tonight, September 18, 2026, as I had seen the button to cancel earlier and figured I could do it there today two days before my autopay would process and a week before my renewal date. I did not know that I would have to call you too!! And that your office was closed all weekend! And it will be the 20th by the time your office opens. I just want to make sure you cancel my account or I have to stop payment at my bank. Seems kinda crooked that you won't let me stop autopay!!! Please cancel my account immediately.
