Cancel account

I have tried numerous times to cancel my account with you but you still bill me every month.  I cancelled the account on your website and it tells me I have to ring a US number to cancel.  I am in Australia and I should not have to make an international phone call to cancel my account.  Please stop taking money out of my account!
