Billing Question
In the past month, I moved 6 sites completely off your platform. Why did I get charged yesterday the exact same amount I've been being charged in the recent months.
If I was paying $2/month per domain, based on that alone, my bill should be $12 less. Not to mention, associated emails have been deleted as well.
Please advise.

We understand that you have moved your domains outside of Homestead. However, we would appreciate it if you could also give us a heads‑up, as transferring a domain name does not automatically adjust your billing. Kindly provide the list of domains you have moved out, or please call us at Phone Support: 1-800-710-1998
so we can discuss further for clarification and accurate removal of add ons. Thank you
