Billing inquiry

A few days ago I cancelled all additional email services from my account.  I am downsizing.  But today, on next month's billing cycle, I got charged for them all again.  This arises a question for me:  I believe I am paying month in advance (prepayment), not post payment.  Why am I being charged for a service I am not using?
