Account Credit

I have yet to see a credit on our acct for the service issues and downtime we experienced back in Nov.  I have posted here, emailed and spoken to reps on the phone.  Please contact asap.

Hello, 

Unfortunately, I only see the one post and one comment from when you reported the original issue and only see one call from you since the outage. I'm not sure what email address you sent that to, but we don't have email support. 
We did not issue credits for that outage. The websites/hosting/domains were still working; it was the editing that was unavailable for a period of time. As a courtesy, I can offer a one-time $15 credit on your account.
