Verbage left over from explaining how to add text shows on every page. How do I remove it?

I was contacted by Cloudflare saying that I needed to change my nameservers to theirs in order for Cloudflare to continue to protect me. This I did and within a few days, I was back to the 522 error. Is this something at your end you can help me with? Regards Stephen
