I can't find a way to get to my Files to delete old files, documents, photos, etc. on the old Homestead format website which my website is under. I looked at the Community Board website and found instructions but my domain name does not show up as mentioned after I click on the EDIT button.

I want to change the opt out and I need to drop a domain but the domain page only come up to the my account page. I can't see anything or figure out how to fix my mistake. Please help Ray

I am experiencing my email saying 100% full, yet there is no mail in inbox, sent (few), folders, junk, trash. It has did this before. Attempts to publish website builder site results in 1001 error. Homestead support says new nameservers ns1.homestead.com through ns4. don’t work now but maybe in 3 months. Any immediate fix.
