I'm updating my website with many new photos. However the website files where all of my photos are stored have too many & I'd like to delete photos I'm no longer using. I can only access these files by clicking insert>image. Is there another way to access these files so I can delete & remove old one

I need a counter but can't find them. I know you had them at one time.
