Website builder will not open and cannot download a new version of it

I have not edited my websites for quite awhile and now I am unable to open website builder, or download a newer version of it!! One of my sites is still discoverable on the internet but another is not.  My domain pointer has stopped working for that site and I can not fix it.  I can not edit or redirect my domain pointer.  I have uninstalled my site builder app as per instructions here and now I have nothing. I tried to download the zip file for download but when I try, it says file is not found!! I pay quite a bit yearly to Homestead and am not getting what I paid for.
