Saving my website doesn't show in website manager

When I click the button to save the website I'm working on, and I try to go back to it through the website manager it's not there. It just gives me the option to choose a design like I'm making a new one. How can I save it so I can access it again later?

So, are you saying the version I’m working on isn’t working anymore? If it is still functional, I just wanted to know why I can’t preview or save any longer. It is not working like the program I originally built the website on.
