Not Getting Any Help F
I am wondering what happened to the prompt, good help we used to get on here. Is anyone else having trouble with not getting help? I have an online business with a lot of products. There seems to be an issue with customers not being able to view product info, and not able to add products to cart. Also, there is a weird drawing of something where the cart is supposed to be showing in the upper right hand corner of my store site. I do not see it when I am editing and previewing in website builder. However, I can't see the product description either, then when I get out of it and try to look again, no products show up. I get an Error saying, Oops...something went wrong. I have written a post about it, but Homestead is not answering like they used to. I saw that others were having problems with their websites in the past week. I am wondering if Homestead is having technical issues, and if so, why they are not letting us know about it. More importantly, why isn't Homestead answering our questions promptly like they used to? We pay a lot of money to be signed up, yet we are not getting the help here. I do not like complaining, but right now, I am frustrated because I am losing business. Should I consider changing to another host? I'd like to hear from anyone who is having issues with their published store sites, and not getting any help recently. Praying I'll get a reply from Homestead on how to resolve my problem.

I'm not getting help either. They tell me the "engineering department is working on it" and then don't respond.
