Main image showing as broken link in any browser but visible in site builder

Help!  I've had my website for many years.  Suddenly the main image on my site is no longer visible when I visit the website.  The image is still visible in site builder.  I've tried reuploading it but it doesn't make any difference.  The site is aecprinting.com.  Anyone experience this and have a solution?

At the bottom here, I am including the path/web location of the picture that is missing, in case you need that later.  I clicked on the broken link and got a Error 502 page.  So I looked that up and see that it refers to a Cloudflare problem and I know that Homestead has had a LOT of Cloudflare problems this year.  This may not be a problem actually on your site. You need to to call the Tech Support people and tell them you have this error.  The first level of "help" is rarely helpful. Be persistent and get to the next level of help if it seems they don't know what they are talking about.  Their first plan for you is to wait 24-48 hours and see if it resolves. It never does, so insist on talking to someone who understands Cloudflare issues.  This is the article on the 502 error: https://webscrapingsite.com/blog/520-status-code-what-it-means-and-how-to-fix-it/  As mentioned, I am not at all sure YOU can fix it.  In case you want to totally delete the original picture and try a "fresh" copy, the location path for the photo is:

https://aecprinting.com/x/cdn/?https://storage.googleapis.com/wzukusers/user-33448094/images/dd885acd4d4843548495%5Cbest-printing-homepage-graphic-small

Hope this helps.

And the advice to call was the correct solution, FYI anyone else that runs into this.  They were able to eventually identify and correct the problem.  The issue was not something I could have fixed on my end.

Try uploading in a jpg or png format. I use lunapic.com to edit my images.

https://www3.lunapic.com/editor/

Please let me know if this is a solution.

The image is a jpg, and it has been visible on our website for many years. It suddenly stopped showing.

@amy2890 Have you tried reloading the image?

I have reloaded the image, added a different image, and moved the page section to no avail. I shows up just fine in site builder but not on the published site. It shows as a broken link.

Hello,

It was some sort of error with that file specifically, because I took a screen clip of the image, re-uploaded and published it and it's working.

Thank you!  I had already tried uploading a brand new image, so I am not convinced it was a problem with this image, but perhaps a problem that got resolved around the same time as what you did.  I appreciate your help!
