How to down grademy account to reduce the monthly costs

I am paying 62 USD/Month and have moved all our websites to another provider. I want to maintain my emails however have no longer any use of the web hosting. You promote a 4 USD/Month package can someone inform me how we can down grade the package to only maintain the emails for now. We just want the lowest cost option. Thanks
