How can I remove images from my image list?

Over the years I have accumulated a number of images which are no longer being used on my site.  I would like to remove them.

Is there some way that I can display my image list, click on the image identifier to display the image associated with that identifier, and then delete the image?

To remove images from your Homestead Sitebuilder Plus image list, access the File Manager by clicking your website’s domain name in the top editor menu. Within the File Manager, locate the image, click it, and use the delete button (often a garbage can icon or delete key) to remove it.

Steps for Removing Images in Homestead:
  • Open File Manager: Open your website editor and click on your website's domain name or Site Name in the top left corner.
  • Select File Manager: Choose "File Manager" from the dropdown options.
  • Delete Image: Locate the file, select it, and click the delete button to remove it from the image list.

Note: For the newer "Website Builder" program, images are typically removed directly from the slideshow, gallery, or section they are currently assigned to.
