If you're using the new websitebuilder program, you don't have a file manager.

If you are using the older Sitebuilder Plus version of Homestead, you can access a file manager by clicking on your website's domain name within the site editor to reveal a drop-down menu, and then selecting the File Manager option. This tool allows you to upload, delete, and organize your website files.
How to Access the File Manager:
  1. Log in: to your Homestead account and open your website editor.
  2. In the editor, locate the drop-down menu under your website's domain name (or sitename).
  3. Click on this domain name to open the menu.
  4. Select View File Manager from the options that appear.
What You Can Do in the File Manager:
  • Upload: new files to your site.
  • Add: new folders to organize your files.
  • Move: files and folders to different locations.
  • Delete: files or pages from your site.
  • Search: for specific files or folders.

Thanks for your response.  I am using the web-based application.  I need to know how to access all of the files I have uploaded and how to organize them.

Thank you.

To access uploaded files in Homestead, open your site editor, click the dropdown menu next to your website's domain name, and select "View File Manager". Within the File Manager, you can find your uploaded files and organize them by creating new folders and moving files into them.
1. Open Your Site Editor
  1. Log in: to your Homestead account.
  2. Open your website editor: to access the editing tools.
2. Access the File Manager
  1. Locate your domain name: or sitename at the top of the editor.
  2. Click: on the domain name to open a dropdown menu.
  3. Select: "View File Manager" from the menu options.
3. Organize Your Files
  1. Create Folders
Once in the File Manager, you can add new folders to help organize your files by selecting the "Add Folder" option.
  2. Move Files:
    • Select the file(s) you want to move by clicking on them (selected files will have a checkmark).
    • Click the "Move To Folder" option.
    • Choose the destination folder you created and click "OK" to move the selected files.
