Error when trying to save and publish

Error message --- "This site has changed since you started working in SiteBuilder Plus. To prevent unintended changes to your website, we need to close SiteBuilder and return you to your Homestead home page"

Tech support has been worthless we have tried 3 different browsers, 2 desktops and an iPhone to no avail
