Contact Form appearing in Spanish??

Website Builder. Client advises that the contact form on the home page and on the contact page has Spanish on it.  I am not seeing that on this end. Not on the website or the mobile site.  I use a MAC, and suspect there may be some setting in her Microsoft OS that is doing that.  I don't know anything about that kind of thing in WIndows.  Does anybody have suggestions on how she can correct this?  It's JUST the contact form.  What do you all see at www.greenwoodinsurancepa.com

What causes random language changes on my website?

Random language changes on a website are primarily caused by browser language settings, browser-based automatic translation, incorrect user IP geolocation, or cached, outdated content. Other factors include VPN usage, server-side configuration issues, or user-specific profile settings (e.g., Google account preferences) that override the default language.
Here are the specific causes and solutions for random language changes:
  • Browser Language Settings: Your browser may be configured to prefer a different language. If a website supports that language, it may load in that language by default. Check chrome://settings/languages (in Chrome) or equivalent settings in other browsers to ensure your preferred language is at the top.
  • Browser Automatic Translation: Features like Chrome's built-in translation can automatically convert content, sometimes inaccurately identifying the language and forcing a change.
  • IP Address Location Inaccuracy: Websites use your IP address for geolocation. If your ISP is routing traffic through a different country, the website might display the language of that region.
  • Cookies and Cache: Corrupted or outdated cookies that store user preferences can cause the site to display in a wrong language. Clearing the browser's cache and cookies can often resolve this issue.
  • VPN Usage: Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) changes your IP address to a different location, causing websites to detect a different region and potentially switch to that region's language.
  • Website Configuration Issues: In some cases, the site itself might be misconfigured, leading to incorrect default languages or improper handling of user preferences.
Steps to Take:
  1. Check Browser Settings: Ensure your desired language is prioritized in your browser’s settings.
  2. Disable Auto-Translate: Turn off auto-translate in your browser if it's incorrectly switching languages.
  3. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser data to remove old, incorrect preferences.
  4. Check VPN: Disable your VPN to see if the issue persists.
  5. Check Account Profiles: If you are logged into a service like Google, ensure your language preferences in your profile settings are correct.
