Can't open the website

https://reveilliers.homestead.com/index.html

I called and an extremely nice helper gave me instructions on how to formulate the url. It worked for a few times and now it does not.

I am thinking there is a problem with the lock page since I keep seeing there is a password protect on the site even if I have erased that password it still seems to be showing up when I check properties. Could someone help me?
