404 Error No Directory will Load for My Multiple Sites

When i click on Website Builder it will not open my published sites directory but rather a 404 Error page. to way to open and "re-publish" a site to remedy the 404 error. Please Help.

@judelyn9690 I cannot open the directory box listing all my sites because i get the error, but here is a short list of some of my sites:
