Website not working

Our account is up to date and current, yet we can't reach the website. We keep getting this error message "vblincdriverlogin.com refused to connect." My system is working fine but no one is able to get on it. Is there anyway you can help us??

Hi @dennis9573,

We're currently reattaching the SSL certificate to your website to restore its secure connection. The update may take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate across the internet.

I'll keep you posted and will send another update as soon as the site is online and showing as secure. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @dennis9573,

I'm happy to let you know that your website is now online, fully accessible, and secured with SSL. Please see the screenshot below for confirmation. Your website should now load properly using a secure HTTPS connection.

If you continue to experience any issues accessing the site, please try clearing your browser cache or opening the website in a private/incognito window.

Should you need any further assistance, feel free to let us know.

Thank you for your patience! 😊

My site, qlrelectric.com, does not come up. Also, my other domain, qlrelectric.net does not come up. Does this have something to do with an SSL certificate? I tried finding where I could turn on the SSL cert but failed. Thanks in advance!

Hi @dennis9287,

Upon checking, your website qlrelectric.net is built using the SiteBuilder Plus editor.

To make the website secure and enable HTTPS, we will need to configure the SSL certificate through Cloudflare. As part of this process, you may receive email notifications from Cloudflare. If you do, please disregard those emails, as no action is required on your end.

Once the SSL configuration has been completed, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the changes to fully propagate. In many cases, the update may complete sooner. After propagation is complete, your website should display as a secure site with HTTPS enabled.

I will continue to monitor the setup and keep you updated on the progress.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi,

For qlrelectric.com and qlrelectric.net, the SSL certificates are currently being provisioned and propagated through Cloudflare. I recently configured the SSL for both domains, so please allow 24 to 48 hours for the propagation process to complete.

During this time, the websites may occasionally appear unsecured or temporarily unavailable on some devices or networks. This is normal while the SSL and DNS changes are being updated across the internet. Once propagation is complete, both websites should load properly with a secure HTTPS connection.

As for vblincdriverlogin.com, I was able to access the website successfully from my end. The site appears to be online, accessible, and functioning normally. Please see the screenshot below for reference.

Thank you for your patience. I'll continue monitoring the SSL setup, and if you have any questions or continue to experience issues after the propagation period, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist further.
