Can't change logo for shop emails

I set up a shop for my artfulcreationstx.com website. I'm trying to upload a logo for the automated emails, but whenever I try, it just loads for a long time and then takes me back to the shop homepage. It never lets me upload anything. I've tried uploading from my computer and from a URL. I've tried changing browsers. I've tried changing the logo file itself. Nothing makes a difference.

To add a logo to your Homestead customer emails, you'll need to incorporate it into your email signature within your email client (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.). You can then either manually add the logo to each email, or create a signature with the logo that you can apply to future emails.
Here's a general process:
  1. 1. Design your email signature:
    • Determine where you want the logo to appear within your signature.
    • Decide on any other text or information you want to include.
  2. 2. Create or upload the logo:
    • If you don't have a digital logo, create one in a design program or use a graphics editor.
    • Save your logo as a suitable image format (like .png or .jpg).
  3. 3. Access your email client's signature settings:
    • The exact process varies depending on your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
    • Look for settings related to "Signatures", "Email Footer", or "Personal Information".
  4. 4. Insert the logo into your signature:
    • Most email clients allow you to drag and drop an image or insert it via a file upload.
    • Some might require you to use HTML code to embed the image.
  5. 5. Preview and save your signature:
    • Check how the logo looks in your signature and make any adjustments.
    • Save your signature changes so it's ready for future use.
  6. 6. Apply the signature to your emails:
    • Most email clients allow you to automatically apply a default signature or manually add one to individual emails.
Important Considerations:
  • Email Client Compatibility: Not all email clients handle logos and signatures in the same way.
  • File Size and Image Resolution: Keep image files small and optimized for email rendering to avoid loading issues.
  • Alternative Text: Provide alt text for your logo to make it accessible to users with visual impairments

No, that's not what I mean at all. I have an online shop on my website and there is a section within website builder to manage the shop and change the logo and automated emails. However, it will not let me do it. It just tries for a while and then reloads the page.

Hello,

I have been informed that this issue should be resolved. Can you confirm that you're no longer experiencing this?
