Need help from homestead support

Hi Support, 
 
Can we please get some help to add a DNS /CNAME record to our domain name (dbocchealth.com)? 
 
We've tried adding this under the "Advanced DNS Records" section on the portal, but we keep getting an error and it won't submit the new record we want to add. The record is to verify our domain for our hosting, and renew our SSL certificate securing the site /domain. So this is urgent becuase it renew in 4 days.
 
Please can you advise on how we add the record (details below), or if you can add this for us, that would be great.
