My Website Appears In NO Search Results!!!!!!!!!!

I have been with them nearly as long.  THIS HAS ME VERY UPSET!  I have been wonderfing for months why we have not seen more folks, and when finally discovered this issue, I was flabbergasted!  I never expected this at all, so that's why I hadn't even looked into it before now.  I am looking into another company.  This is inexcusable!  We should ALL be getting refunded for this amount of time!  What good is a website if it doesn't even appear in searches?????????

Only if you enter the exact name and/or location of our church.  If you use ANY of the search words I have used on the site, you get results and we are not ANYWHERE in the search results.  It's not a matter of showing up on page 10 of search results, we do not show up at all.  We rely heavily upon people who may be looking for a church like ours, so they will search using specific search words.  But when you do this, we do not even show up at all. I have been doing business with Homestead for many, many years.  We had to move, and relocate our ministry, two years ago.  Our church in DallAS SHOWED UP IN SEARCH RESULTS EVERY TIME.  eSPECIALLY WHEN CERTAIN SEARCH WORDS WERE USED. (Sorry, accidental cap lock).  But for nine months, apparently, no one has visited our church (and I mean NO ONE.  I couldn't figure out why. So I checked.  And this is what I found.  I am miograting our sites over to a new company.  This bologna is not worth going through, and I am far too busy most days to waste time on the phone trying to call Homstead.  But they offer no way to just send them an email or IM.  Time to move on I guess.

Wow.  That is terrible. I have been with them for decades as well.  The CS is really off!  Not sure what is going on. But I have already created another website elsewhere and I am in the process of migrating pages.  We have several sites, so may take a few weeks.  But when I am done, I am done with Homestead.  This is really insane!  We've been struggling like crazy since having to move our ministry, due to job change requiring a relocation (after losing job due to a bank buyout).  For nine months we have not seen one single person show up because they found us online, which is very unusual.  I never dreamed it was because our site wasn't showing up on any searches.  Didn't discover that until last week!  So that explains a lot!  We cannot afford this kind of mess.
