internal error keeps showing afterhours of writing a blog when hitting the save button

I realised, I have worked on the same blog twice and after of hours of work I tried to save it and it would show "internal Error" and would'nt let me Publish it , Then at least i tried saving my work and same error with red high light would come up ....im frustrated please help or assist

www.windsorlimo.ca/blog cant save or publish ...never happened to me in last 10 years

ive used this software since 2010 ....I know when i'm logged in for sometime time than i need to sign in again....

@adnan5694 I’ve successfully published the site at www.windsorlimo.ca. Could you let me know the specific error you’re encountering? In the meantime, please try clearing your cache and cookies, or see if the issue persists when using a different browser.
