Google Search Problem! "Duplicate without user-selected canonical"

Help Please!  The site I created is NOT showing up on Google search.  It is showing up on Bing.  I have contacted Tech Support 3 times with this issue and been told the site has no issues.  Google insists on this error, "Duplicate without user-selected canonical".  How do I fix this???  The site has been live since January and cannot be found on Google search.  I have created other sites over the years and never run into this problem. Can anyone offer a solution please??
