ALWAYS PROBLEM WITH MY WEBSITE!!

I have been meaning to contact you regarding my account for some time now.

About two years ago, I called you about an issue that I’ve realized was never actually resolved. Because I have such a heavy workload, I didn't pay much more attention to it at the time. However, this is a critical issue.

I have been a customer of yours for over 15 years. When I first started with you, whenever a client searched for my address online, my page would appear IMMEDIATELY—without any problems.

But for a LONG TIME now, I’ve noticed that whenever I enter the address www.planospr.com or www.desinhomess.com, there are ALWAYS, ALWAYS problems.

Why?

Because a message ALWAYS APPEARS stating that the address "cannot be found" or that the site is NOT secure.

When I called you a long time ago and explained the situation, your response was that I needed to "clear my cookies, cache, use incognito broweser" etc..

I found that very strange! I NEVER have to clear "cookies" to view a webpage.

Again, I let it slide because of my heavy workload, but I’ve realized that was a big mistake, as I am paying you a monthly fee for a service that isn't up to par.

Then, a month ago, I lost a potential client who tried to access the site but NEVER could. When I tried again, the message I mentioned earlier appeared.

I asked a few friends to visit my site, and ALL of them told me they experienced the same problems.

All my colleagues have websites that are easy to access. I don't understand why there are so many issues here.

I need to resolve this situation because I do not intend to keep paying for a service of this quality.

Thank you for your attention to this matter; I look forward to your reply.

Hi @william3707,

To resolve this issue, we need to secure the website by installing and configuring an SSL certificate through Cloudflare.

As part of the setup process, you may receive email notifications from Cloudflare. These notifications are expected, and no action is required on your part at this time. You may simply disregard them while the configuration is being completed.

Once the SSL setup has been applied, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the DNS and SSL changes to fully propagate across the internet. During this period, you may notice temporary inconsistencies while the updates take effect.

We will continue monitoring the setup to help ensure everything is configured correctly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
