Not accepting United Kingdom card details

I no longer use an american card, I now use a united kingdom debit card, I have tried numerous times updating my card details and I keep getting a "server error 404 file or directory not found, the resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its named changed, or is temporarily unavailable".

i have selected the correct country and all the details are correct, i use this card for online purchases globally all the time, this is the first website to have an issue.

Account is already suspended as card details werent up to date but the website isnt giving me any options to pay the balance, and of course getting a human on the phone is impossible.

any help appreciated but please refrain from asking about correct card details, the details i am entering are correct.
