1. Check Your Homestead Account Status: Log into the Homestead Customer Center to make sure your hosting subscription and domain registration are active and haven't expired.
2. Verify Your DNS Records: If you recently mapped a custom domain or changed settings, your DNS records might be incorrect or still propagating. Check your domain's A Record and CNAME Record inside your Homestead account to ensure they properly point to the Homestead Sitebuilder servers. Note that new DNS changes can take up to 24–72 hours to work globally.

3. Contact Homestead Support: If your account is active and records look correct, the server hosting your files may be experiencing an outage or overload. You can check for widespread updates or open a ticket directly through the Homestead Community Support Forum
