Website help.

Our website disappeared a couple of months ago. I was not involved in setting it up and so traced that we have been paying Homestead yearly. So I don't where to search or ask what to do. Any help available would be greatly appreciated. We need to get it back up. Thanks.

After checking your account, it looks like your current service with us is focused on keeping your domain name active. What we can do on our end is point your domain to your hosting provider’s IP address so that the correct website displays. I’d really like to help get your website fully working, but at the moment we don’t have any records on our side about who originally created or hosted the website for you. I did notice some Google-related CNAME records in your DNS settings, which might suggest that your website was set up using a Google service (like Google Sites or another Google hosting option). Does that sound familiar? If you remember using Google or another hosting provider, we recommend reaching out to them so they can provide the correct DNS records. Once you have that information, we’ll be more than happy to help you connect your domain to the right website 😊
