How to get YouTube videos to play in place without creating a new window in order to play?

What causes some YouTube videos to Play in place, but other YouTube videos jump out a create a new window? Does it have to do with sizing ratio of width to height when pasting the video?

You have a choice of whether the video opens in a new window or opens in the existing window.

"Popup when clicked" toggle on/off feature under "Advanced " after clicking on video.

There was another way to get there but now I can't recreate it. Too much good stuff.

Have you ever added a poll to your site? It was a fun feature in the old editor that allowed a poll to be added anywhere. I can't seem to find it if it still exists in the new editor. It still is a feature that works in the old editor, on some of my old site.
