Components.mywebsitebuilder.com refused to connect

I created a loan calculator from scratch in the Embed HTML elements in Homestead Editor. The HTML included a email forwarding button "Please Contact Me" when its pressed in the website it responds back with: components.mywebsitebuilder.com refused to connect. Everything else in the HTML works ok. The forwarding email is service@cblct.net. How can I get the Please Contact Me button to work. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
