Suddenly customers cannot buy on our store!

Our simple store has worked fine for years directing customers through Paypal but now they get an error message after completing their details and clicking confirm order, please help! 

(Error message says 'token for paypal redirect link failed' but our email address is entered correctly in the e-commerce section on manage site)
