E500 Form Error

Homestead is admitting the form function in their system doesn't work, they didn't notify anyone that it was broken. I spoke them today and they recommend you use a 3rd party form company, so they want you to pay a monthly fee for their web site builder, which includes forms but because it's broken their advice is pay a third party... that has to be the craziest thing I've ever head and if I was going to do that I would just to

Go Daddy.

We understand that you are experiencing an error with your form. As recommended, you may try creating a form either through HTML code or by using a third‑party application. There are many free applications available that can help you build and embed forms without additional cost. Please note that Site Builder is an older platform, and its developer has discontinued updates. We have already informed customers about the deprecation of Site Builder.

As an alternative, you can use the Website Builder to create a form, and we can assist in attaching it to your Site Builder. However, please be aware that the Website Builder’s form feature is templated, which means customization options such as adding checkboxes or other advanced fields are limited.

Are you now saying this function is no longer available, this morning I was told it's being fixed. I'm not a technical person and that form has been there for 4 years. I need to know if this is being fixed or not. I'm paying for a function that you aren't delivering.

@krobneck1362 We have already escalated this concern to our engineering team, as larger custom forms with many fields are currently breaking. Unfortunately, there is no set time frame for a fix. In the meantime, we recommend using a secure third‑party form solution, especially if your form is requesting sensitive information. There are several free applications available that can help you create and embed secure forms without additional cost.
