Day 7 without access to my website.

This is day 7 without access to my website.  I am still getting the 404 error when I try to edit my site.  When is this going to be fixed?  Please, I need this error fixed!!

Day 8 without access to my website.  Super disappointing, I missed an important deadline to upload an updated event document.  I've just never experienced an outage of this length with any provider before.  Please, tell us whats wrong and if it's ever going to be fixed.

So I finally got access to my website a day or so ago....now the public facing website is out.  It just won't open for anyone.  What's going on?  Can you please help me?
